Job Summary
Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, conducting risk assessments and crisis interventions while working remotely from New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and multitask while navigating multiple software systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- New Mexico residency required for remote work
