Job Summary
To support individuals in crisis, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide telephonic emotional support, risk assessment, and crisis intervention services while working remotely from New Mexico.
Key responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk and safety issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- New Mexico residency required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong emotional resilience and multitasking skills
