Job Summary
Supporting pregnant patients and new mothers, the contract New Mexico Licensed Doula will provide virtual health coaching and education while collaborating with the Care Delivery manager to enhance patient engagement and adherence to care protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Execute patient engagement and coaching protocols weekly in collaboration with the Care Delivery manager
- Ensure active participation of pregnant patients and new mothers in their care journey
- Monitor and support patients' adherence to recommended care protocols as defined by healthcare providers
Required qualifications
- DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certification
- Experience with web and mobile technologies
- Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Knowledge of New Mexico communities is a plus
- Telehealth experience is a plus
