Job Summary
Leading member care in a remote setting, the New Mexico Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders while collaborating with a dedicated care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
- Deliver care for substance use and prescribe medications as appropriate
- Complete documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable FNP license in New Mexico
- At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges
