Job Summary

Leading member care in a remote setting, the New Mexico Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders while collaborating with a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
  • Deliver care for substance use and prescribe medications as appropriate
  • Complete documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team
Required Qualifications
  • Active and verifiable FNP license in New Mexico
  • At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction
  • Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
  • Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges
