Job Summary

To provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders, the remote New Mexico Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will lead member care alongside a dedicated team, conducting telehealth evaluations and prescribing medications as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
  • Deliver care for substance use and prescribe medications as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the care team and complete documentation in the EHR
Required Qualifications
  • Active and verifiable FNP license in New Mexico, with Medicaid enrollment preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction treatment
  • Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure, with costs covered by Affect
  • Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges
