Job Summary
Leading the clinical research portfolio, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Head of Clinical Research will provide strategic leadership, oversee grant development, and collaborate with academic and healthcare partners to advance evidence-based practices in autism services, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute CSD's clinical research strategy aligned with organizational priorities
- Lead grant strategy and submissions for various funding opportunities
- Serve as the organizational research lead, collaborating with external partners and overseeing research governance
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, or equivalent) in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA-D certification or BCBA certification with significant research leadership experience
- Experience with extramural grant development and management
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications in relevant fields
- Experience integrating research into clinical operations and service delivery
