New Mexico Licensed Home Health Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health Quality Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, develop, coordinate, and implement compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits and surveillance to assess compliance with clinical standards and document findings
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate service provision and assist in the development of educational materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology required
• Minimum of 3 years of home health experience in the last 3 years required
• Current licensure in New Mexico as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required
• OASIS Certification required within 18 months of hire
