Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant, responsible for providing strategic HR consulting and expertise in complex employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants
  • Support Labor and Employment Counsel in investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Mentor Caregiver Relations consultants and maintain HR metrics and dashboards for reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • Advanced experience in a specialty area such as labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
