Job Summary
Serving as a strategic consultant, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed HR Consultant will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and recommending resolutions to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Identify and assess situations requiring expert intervention, making informed recommendations for resolution
- Collaborate with Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants to enhance HR strategies and practices
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at an exempt level in multi-state locations
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced expertise in areas such as labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire
- Experience in project management and supervision of HR staff is preferred
