Job Summary

Serving as a strategic consultant, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed HR Consultant will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and recommending resolutions to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants.

Key responsibilities
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Identify and assess situations requiring expert intervention, making informed recommendations for resolution
  • Collaborate with Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants to enhance HR strategies and practices
Required qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at an exempt level in multi-state locations
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • Advanced expertise in areas such as labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
  • HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire
  • Experience in project management and supervision of HR staff is preferred
