New Mexico Licensed Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement curricula and educational materials for Epic users based on instructional design principles
• Review and improve curricula development based on post-class survey data and compliance audits
• Ensure educational programs are current with Epic system changes and support the training of learners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree required, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of professional experience in Training, Information Technology, or Healthcare operations
• Minimum of 2 years in an Intermediate Instructional Designer role to progress to Senior
• Current Instructional Design certification and Epic certification required within 6 months
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and e-learning platforms
