A company is looking for a New Mexico Licensed Litigation Attorney (Remote and Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases including written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work independently or collaboratively on a flexible schedule, either part-time or full-time
• Engage in various types of litigation such as commercial/business, personal injury, premises liability, environmental/toxic tort, real estate, or mass tort litigation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Licensed to practice law in New Mexico
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
