New Mexico Licensed Medicare Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Mexico Licensed Medicare Agent, the full-time remote position will enroll new Medicare beneficiaries into appropriate health plans while generating a pipeline of prospects through community outreach and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of Medicare prospects through referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns
• Conduct needs-based consultations to educate beneficiaries on Medicare plans and help them make informed enrollment decisions
• Adhere to CMS regulations and maintain accurate documentation of sales activities within CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Health and Life Insurance License in New Mexico (required)
• AHIP certification and carrier certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Medicare sales or related customer service
• Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
