Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based treatment via live video sessions, manage a diverse caseload, and utilize digital tools to enhance client outcomes from a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions while maintaining a full clinical caseload
- Assign digital lessons and assessments to clients to support their learning and monitor progress between sessions
- Participate in clinical consultations and peer group meetings to enhance professional development and ensure quality care
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without any disciplinary action
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, DBT) and managing clinical crises
- Preferred experience in delivering telehealth services in a virtual environment
- Proficiency with computer and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets)
