Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Neuromuscular.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct virtual care for patients with neuromuscular diseases in partnership with neurologists
Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and manage medications and treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers about disease progression, treatments, clinical trials, and available resources

Required Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license and national certification (AGNP, FNP, or ACNP)
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with neuromuscular disorders
Proficiency with telehealth and virtual care platforms
Eligible to practice in multiple states; IMLC licensure is a plus
Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
