Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care
• Work full-time, providing care in various shift options

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in a specified state
• 2 years of experience in an independent outpatient setting with buprenorphine-based medications
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
• Must reside in one of the specified states for employment
