Job Summary
Seeking a New Mexico Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) for a part-time or full-time hybrid role focused on delivering individual therapy primarily via telehealth, with optional in-person sessions, while managing a caseload of 10-20 patients per week and benefiting from full administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy via telehealth with optional in-person sessions
- Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals, addressing various behavioral health needs
- Document clinical progress and maintain continuity of care in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in good standing
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
- 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
