Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Sr. Outreach Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote company services, primarily phone-based
• Interview patients/members to gather information for determining eligibility for government programs
• Compile and evaluate personal and financial data to assess eligibility while ensuring data confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Ability to place and receive calls using a computer interface
• Fluency in English (speak, read, write); additional language fluency is desirable
• Associate's degree preferred
• Strong data entry and critical thinking skills
