New Mexico Licensed Outside Claim Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Outside Claim Associate will manage 1st party property claims through structured training and hands-on experience while working remotely and servicing insureds in and around Las Cruces, NM.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in training covering insurance policies, claim processes, and systems
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses and communicate findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance is a plus
