Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager-Performance Improvement (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with leadership to maintain a Medicare Advantage Star Rating of 4.0 or higher and meet Medicaid Performance Measure targets
- Directs the implementation and execution of HEDIS and Medicare Star programs in line with accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Provides expertise in HEDIS and CMS STARS while promoting quality strategies and compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years in healthcare/managed care with experience in HEDIS/Medicare Star performance measurement
- Two years of prior supervisory or program/project management experience required
- Experience presenting to leadership teams, clinicians, and employer groups
- Six years of additional experience can substitute for a degree
