Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Board Certified in a relevant medical specialty
• Current, unrestricted New Mexico Medical License
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
• Completion of all required orientation and training
• Proper credentialing and maintenance of state licenses and certifications
