Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Provider (Telehealth).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient screenings, history, physical examinations, and preventive health measures
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' clinical problems and healthcare needs
• Treat and manage chronic diseases, including mental health and addiction medicine

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Must possess an unexpired, unrestricted license to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) in New Mexico
• Strong experience with pediatrics and adolescent medicine, ideally in school-based health centers
• Possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience successfully working with diverse cultural backgrounds in a healthcare capacity
• Must possess active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certifications
