Job Summary

To support the permitting operations in New Mexico, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Project Manager will manage multiple permitting projects, advise clients on approval processes, and collaborate with municipal officials to expedite project timelines in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets to streamline complex processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes for efficient outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approval times
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting with demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes
  • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, particularly in the San Antonio, TX area
  • Excellent communication abilities and a talent for building relationships with clients and municipal officials
  • Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems
