Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Property Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
• Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper property maintenance
• Build relationships to retain and expand business opportunities with clients

Required Qualifications

• College graduate preferred
• NM Real Estate License required within 90 days
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in Retail
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
• Competency using Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
