New Mexico Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders while collaborating with a dedicated care team in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Provide care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in New Mexico (Medicaid enrollment a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in addiction or mental health
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and an active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (covered by Affect)
• Strong empathy for individuals facing behavioral health challenges
