Job Summary
To support a growing clinical team, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed Quality Assurance Manager will focus on mentoring BCBAs, improving clinical quality through audits and coaching, and developing effective quality assurance systems.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive case audits to evaluate treatment planning, supervision, and client progress
- Partner with BCBAs to provide coaching on clinical quality and documentation
- Design and improve quality assurance processes to create measurable improvements
Required qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 5+ years of clinical ABA experience
- Strong background in supervision, mentorship, and clinical quality improvement
- Experience or strong interest in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT)
- Passion for building systems that enhance clinician performance and client outcomes
