Job Summary
Leading quality improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried New Mexico Licensed Quality Manager will oversee quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and patient safety programs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, with a flexible hybrid work schedule based at Presbyterian Espanola Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the facility's QAPI program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including infection control and clinical quality
- Manage regulatory and accreditation preparation activities, serving as the lead contact during regulatory surveys
- Lead clinical quality and patient safety initiatives, conducting risk analysis and preparing quality improvement plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related clinical field; Master's degree preferred
- Licensed RN preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in health care quality required
- Clinical quality experience, with emphasis on data measurement and performance improvement preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred; quality certification (CPPS, CPHQ) preferred
