Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant Referral Specialist to manage authorization data and ensure compliance in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and ensure accurate entry of authorization/referral requests into the medical management system
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues to maintain quality compliance and service levels
• Process referrals and authorization requests while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• 2+ years' experience in a health care customer service environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Managed Care and TRICARE experience
