Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Critical Incident Clinical Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply clinical judgment to Critical Incident Reports and process incoming incidents on the NM CIR Portal
  • Document pertinent data in the internal database and collaborate with the Quality of Clinical Care Team for investigations
  • Participate in team meetings to identify issues, trends, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree required
  • Current New Mexico RN License required
  • Three to five years of experience in the clinical nursing field required, with three years in quality improvement preferred
  • Knowledge of case management and care coordination concepts preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
