New Mexico Licensed RN Specialist

Job Summary

To support critical incident management activities, the full-time New Mexico Licensed RN Specialist will provide referral support to members, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure timely completion of incident management processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with members and multidisciplinary teams to assess and coordinate integrated care delivery
• Monitor and manage critical incident referrals and documentation through dedicated systems
• Present data to departmental leadership and stakeholders as needed

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in critical incident management or risk mitigation
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
• Experience in clinical writing and documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software programs
