Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on sales while managing a pipeline of warm leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads and run virtual consultations
• Educate clients on services such as laser hair removal and skin treatments while presenting financing options
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Comfortable with high call volume and achieving sales quotas
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Available for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
