Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Consultant will run virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on services while managing a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads without cold calling
• Run virtual consultations via phone or video and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on services and present financing options to close deals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail)
• Comfortable with high call volume and achieving weekly/monthly quotas
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Available for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
