Job Summary

A company is looking for a School Counselor to provide comprehensive counseling services to K-12 students in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, personal, social, and career development needs
• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' strengths and develop appropriate support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community resources to create a supportive school environment

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or related field
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Counselor or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience working as a School Counselor in an educational setting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and counseling techniques
• Experience in teletherapy or online counseling services (preferred)
