Job Summary

Seeking a New Mexico Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will manage high-exposure insurance defense cases, handle court appearances, and provide leadership to junior attorneys, with options for remote or onsite work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in New Mexico
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
