New Mexico Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working as part of a team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in the state of New Mexico
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
