Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to handle complex litigation and lead legal strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationships
• Collaborate with a team across various experience levels and maintain routine communications with clients

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of New Mexico
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Ability to manage full case responsibilities with minimal supervision
