Job Summary

Seeking a New Mexico Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff arguments
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys while maintaining routine client communications

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in New Mexico
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
