Seeking a New Mexico Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and mentoring junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in New Mexico
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
