Job Summary
To support a school in New Mexico, the full-time remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide therapy services, conduct assessments, develop IEP plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy, consultations, and evaluations for students in grades 4-12
- Develop and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) while evaluating student progress
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for students
Required qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
- State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Department of Education Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a virtual school-based SLP
- National License: ASHA and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
