Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Physician for Care Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth initial visits for enrolled members
• Synthesize complex medical and social histories and identify clinical priorities and risks
• Create concise, actionable clinical plans and handoffs for care team members

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license in New Mexico and/or Pennsylvania
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or related primary care specialty preferred
• Substantial experience with Medicare/Medicaid populations or complex chronic disease management
• Skilled at telehealth assessment and building rapport virtually
• Comfortable working in an iterative, startup-like pilot environment
