New Mexico Licensed Utilization Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of schedulers, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Utilization Manager will ensure efficient use of authorized ABA therapy hours, optimize scheduling workflows, and analyze data to improve service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the scheduling team to maximize authorized ABA therapy hours for clients
• Monitor and optimize scheduling workflows to achieve target utilization rates
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to address scheduling challenges and improve service delivery

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare scheduling, utilization management, or a related role
• Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or similar clinical environments is preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and families
