Job Summary
Directing project activities, the full-time Project Director for New Mexico will oversee the development and monitoring of tasks, manage stakeholder support, and ensure contract deliverables are met in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and directs project activities to meet contract deliverables
- Monitors financial reports and authorizes expenditures while providing project support to stakeholders
- Develops presentations and instructional materials, ensuring effective communication of project information
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or ability to obtain within one year
- Seven years of experience in a healthcare environment, with three years in management
- Experience in at least three healthcare administration responsibilities, such as patient workflow optimization or revenue cycle management
- Company-sponsored Leadership/Management Certification or equivalent required within six months of employment
