Job Summary
Seeking qualified contractors, the Remote Contact Center Agent will manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email while working full-time in a remote capacity from New Mexico, ensuring a positive citizen experience and adherence to operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and conduct outbound communications across multiple channels

Required Qualifications
