• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be transitioning into their 3rd year of residency or completing a fellowship
• Interest in pursuing a full-time role with the organization after residency
• Ability to work in a remote setting adhering to telecommuter policies
• Commitment to a part-time schedule
