Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Note Reviewer Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review notes from Licensed Practical Nurses regarding patient check-ins
• Evaluate notes for compliance with Medicare's Chronic Care Management program
• Provide feedback to the Care Operations leadership team and ensure correction of errors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active, unrestricted RN license (New Mexico or Compact License)
• Previous note auditing or utilization review experience
• Experience with case management, home health, and/or care coordination
• Experience with Epic EHR
• Organized and autonomous with a strong internet-connected computer
