• Answer product and software questions while creating positive customer experiences
• Document customer interactions and follow company policies to resolve concerns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Enrolled in a degree-granting college program
• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic tax knowledge is helpful but not required
• Ability to obtain a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
