New Mexico Student Experience Specialist

Job Summary

Engaging prospective students, the full-time New Student Experience Specialist will conduct outreach campaigns, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments with Admissions Representatives, and maintain accurate records in Slate, all while working remotely from New Mexico.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide daily updates in Slate to record interactions with student leads
• Proactively respond to prospective student inquiries and schedule appointments for admission representatives
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a higher degree
• Stable, low-latency internet connection capable of supporting continuous voice communications
• Wired Ethernet connection preferred for reliability and call quality
