• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to build confidence in claims management
• Take ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims under supervision while applying training to real-world scenarios

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
