Job Summary
To support a growing fertility practice, the full-time remote New Patient Center Supervisor will lead and develop a team of New Patient Liaisons, drive patient growth, and ensure exceptional customer service through effective management and collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of New Patient Liaisons through performance management and professional development
- Drive new patient growth by optimizing inquiry conversion, scheduling opportunities, and patient retention
- Monitor team performance against key metrics and manage daily staffing and scheduling for timely patient responses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years of customer service experience with at least two to three years in inside sales
- Ability to lead and manage a team dedicated to exceptional customer care
- Working knowledge of healthcare services, particularly in fertility, is a plus
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills
