New Patient Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Patient Consultant I to assist patients in their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and patient inquiries
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to convert leads into scheduled consultations
• Accurately collect and enter patient information into Salesforce and Athena (EMR)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in a high-volume call center preferred
• 1+ year experience in healthcare or women's health preferred
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Compassion for patients navigating sensitive topics
