New Patient Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Patient Consultant I to support patients in their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and patient inquiries, converting leads into scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate information about services and guide patients through the appointment scheduling process
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while meeting productivity goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in a high-volume call center preferred
• 1+ year experience in healthcare or women's health preferred
• Comfort working in a metric-driven environment
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
